The average price of residential buildings in Tehran reached 414.09 million rials ($1,300) per square meter in the third month of the current fiscal year (May 22-June 21), the latest data released by the Statistical Center of Iran show.
Among the capital city’s 22 districts, District 1 registered the highest average apartment price with 784.47 million rials ($2,490) per square meter while District 17 had the lowest rate of 207.89 million rials ($659) per square meter.
SCI put annualized inflation at 25.1%, which stood at 25.6% in the preceding month that ended on May 21
