Tehran stocks opened trading week Sunday in negative territory with selloff pressure mounting largely on large caps.
The main index of Tehran Stock Exchange, the market cap-weighted TEDPIX, lost 7,500.61 points or 0.5% to end trade at 1,504,718.
The TSE-30 index was down more than 1% while the TSE’s equal-weighted index gained 0.2%, indicating that the small caps had the upper hand.
