The Statistical Center of Iran’s latest report has reviewed inflation rates in the country’s 31 provinces.
The growth in Consumer Price Index in the current Iranian year’s 12th month (Jan. 21-March 20) was the highest (2.2%) for Yazd Province compared with the previous month, while Ardabil and Sistan-Baluchestan Province posted the lowest month-on-month inflation during the month under review each with 0.6%.
The overall CPI, using the Iranian year to March 2017 as the base year, stood at 401.5 in the month to March 20, indicating a 1.3% rise compared with the previous month.
