Iran’s exports to Nigeria stood at $44 million during the first half of the current Iranian year (March 21-Sept. 22), director general of Trade Promotion Organization of Iran’s Arab and African Affairs Bureau said in a recent meeting with Iran’s Ambassador to Nigeria Mohammad Alibek.
“Our main exported products during the period included urea, tires, paper pulp, biscuit and syringe,” Farzad Piltan was also quoted as saying by Mizan Online.
According to Alibek, with a total population of around 220 million, Nigeria offers great opportunity for Iranian exporters.
