The ambassador to Russia said Iran has adopted a “transparent approach” in the talks with the major powers on a final deal to resolve the dispute over its nuclear program.
“Iran believes that it has adopted a transparent approach and has made every effort in recent years to help settle the nuclear issue.
It is now the West’s turn to take steps.
They should not change their views and the western parties should stick to their remarks made in the previous rounds of nuclear talks,” Mehdi Sanaei said in a press conference in Moscow on Thursday, IRNA reported.
He also said, “As the Supreme Leader has stated, Iran wants to continue the negotiations on its nuclear program and wants the talks to reach a conclusion.”
He added that the Islamic Republic is ready to reach a deal with the major powers that would end all sanctions.
