New CEO at MTN-Irancell

Bijan Abbasi Arand was appointed CEO of major mobile operator MTN-Irancell on Wednesday, replacing Alireza Ghalambor Dezfouli.
Arand is a former director of Shiraz Electronic Industries Organization in Fars Province and a university teacher in telecommunication studies, the operator's website Irancell.ir reported. 
Irancell is among leading players in Iran’s thriving telecom industry and a local partner of South African cellular service provider MTN.
