Domestic Software Helps Run Professional Online Surveys

A knowledge-based company helps design and organize online surveys for different purposes with the least cost and without the need for technical knowhow

A knowledge-based software company has designed software for preparing, conducting and analyzing online surveys in different fields.

The Ucheck software aids businesses and professionals in collecting data from different market segments for conducting a digital survey, the CEO of Borna Pajooh Erfan Company said.

Amirali Qezel-Ayaq added that the development of this software has directly created 50 jobs.

“Ucheck is used in the fields of marketing, human resources and customer relations,” he said.

By using the software, researchers and business managers in various fields can design their own questionnaire with the least cost and without the need for technical knowhow, according to the news portal of the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology.

The software helps use background images of one’s choice and add introductory and concluding explanations related to the survey. Its other advantages include the customization of survey forms and questionnaires, design of objective and matrix questions, prioritization, use of emojis and respondents' authentication.

There are various ways of publishing this questionnaire, such as using links, QR codes, kiosk and mobile applications, without the need for interne linkup, or scripts and pop-ups for websites. Later, the data obtained could be presented in the report section in graphical and interpretive forms.

At present, most customers do their research online before buying a product. Due to the high cost and fierce competition involved, managers and marketing teams need inexpensive and accurate methods to gather key information.

The company’s CEO said Uchek is an intelligent solution for the systematic and efficient collection and analysis of information from the target market, competitors and in-house operations.

The software helps organizations keep the information and the profile of respondents confidential. By using this platform, employers can also evaluate the performance of their employees.

Ucheck helps accurately assesses the performance of employees based on data collected from customers, saving time and at no extra cost. It is also a smart solution for conducting customer satisfaction surveys.

Gauging employee satisfaction with various human resource programs is another plus point, as it helps prepare future programs to improve the performance of human resources.

The software has a lower price compared with foreign models and facilitates its integration with other software.

ERP Software Developed to Aid Corporate Management

A domestic knowledge-based company has developed an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software that helps manage a company's financials, supply chain, operations, commerce, reporting, manufacturing, and human resource activities.

“Given the condition of a company, the implementation of different projects undoubtedly requires the use of standard, comprehensive, applied and tested methodologies to ensure success and reduce risks,” Ardavan Ghaffari, the CEO of knowledge-based Behineh Kooshan Sepehr Company, was quoted as saying.

With the enterprise resource planning software, project preparation and planning, design and improvement of business processes, data collection, conversion and transfer of basic information, Enterprise Resource Planning solution testing, software training for users, real environment testing and software consolidation become effortless, the news portal of Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology reported.

Some of the most crucial measures in using the ERP software include the collection, conversion and transfer of basic and operational information.

In this phase, the information structure and standards required for the transfer of data are provided to the company. Then, after analyzing the information and making any necessary changes to the information structure by the ERP solution, data will be transferred automatically to the database.

Due to the importance of up-to-date data and operational information, the transfer process takes place before the final commissioning in the real environment.

In general, the software, which is mostly used in production centers, is responsible for integrating every process and facilitating management.

The CEO of knowledge-based company noted that the domestic enterprise resource planning software is priced at one-20th of foreign counterparts.

Ghaffari explained that the software also eases communication with customers and can be customized.

“To date, 90 direct jobs and 150 indirect jobs have been created by Behineh Kooshan Sepehr Company,” he said.
