Iranian oil producers and contractors are working with only 30 percent of capacity, deputy energy minister Seyyed Emad Hosseini warned, adding that a think-tank has been established at the oil ministry in order for experts, contractors and academic figures to exchange views and provide solutions for major issues such as the price of energy carriers and domestic production capacity, Mizan news agency reported.
