Buy Insurance Policy Online

A local startup has launched a platform dubbed ‘Bitmeh’ allowing people to buy insurance policy online. Available via bitmeh.com, the company connects agents and brokers with costumers wanting to buy insurance coverage, local technology website Stshow reported. Subscribers are provided with a range of insurance services including auto, health, home, life and annuities. The website, linked to different insurance companies, has created a comprehensive database answering users’ questions about insurance premium and related costs. The company is not a direct online insurance agency, but is rather a referral service to match insurance shoppers with local agencies where they can purchase a policy. Entering their information, individuals will be matched with local insurance agents. Currently, the business is linked to 83 agencies belonging to 8 major domestic insurance companies.  Several online insurance providers including bimito.com, bimebazar.ir and bimeclick.com are already providing similar services.
