A new startup named Shekam (meaning abdominals) has been launched to help users do physical training, giving them a wide variety of abdominal exercises at several levels. The app, which is supported by Life Collection Internet Group, contains a schedule for 30 days known as “Six Pack” accompanied by Persian training texts, photos and videos in six categories offered by professional trainers, local technology website Webna reported. The prepaid app, priced at 50,000 rials ($1.33), proposes 80 moves for those seeking to either lose or gain weight. It could be useful for many people, as one of the main challenges that users have to cope with is the expensive cost of hiring a professional workout trainer or their working schedule preventing them from going to the gym. New startups are introduced every day in the country due to the fast development of Internet services in the past couple of years. This is not the first time a Persian application is offering such services, following the example of famous foreign apps like Keelo, Sworkit and Runtastic Six Pack Abs.
