Microsoft’s artificial intelligence personal assistant called Cortana is heading to a high-quality speaker produced by Harmon Kardon, according to a new listing on the firm’s website. The new speaker called INVOKE implements the Microsoft AI outside of the Windows 10 operating system, says a report by MSpoweruser.com, taking on the likes of Google and Amazon with their voice activated personal assistants.
Kardon’s INVOKE will offer great sound, allow you to voice control your music and smart home, make and receive hands-free calls with Skype, get answers to your questions, and more. INVOKE looks great as it is crafted from premium materials and its metallic speaker cabinet delivers power and projects sound at full 360-degrees. The device is set for the release in autumn 2017 and Microsoft will reveal more information about Cortana Skills Kit for developers at Build conference in Seattle this week.
