MTN Irancell has launched new online services to support its subscribers and communicate with them through the highly-popular messaging application Telegram. The company has launched its Telegram bot to bolster its support for subscribers and establish more effective communications with them, the company announced in a press release. MTN Irancell was also the first mobile phone operator offering subscribers online support through the company’s website: www.irancell.ir. Through such a service, subscribers can raise their questions, issues and requests, get into online contact with consumer desk agents and receive information. MTN Irancell earlier introduced its Telegram channel that provides its subscribers with the latest technology news, products and services as well as any announcement. Subscribers can access MTN Irancell Telegram channel through http://telegram.me/irancell and its Telegram bot either through the link http://telegram.me/irancellbot or by searching Telegram for account names @irancell or @irancellbot.
