A knowledge-based company has designed a software that helps manage customers’ messages for social media-based businesses.
Most e-businesses need to respond to user feedback efficiently to increase customer satisfaction and boost revenues.
“The knowledge-based product of this company meets the need of cyberspace businesses for harnessing messages and user feedback,” Mojtaba Bazazan, CEO of Asr Fara Ertebat Company, said, while referring to the design and development of the software.
Its "Reply" program helps users categorize and tag all customer comments and questions with complete security. It defines access for each page manager and facilitates feedback management, the news portal of the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology reported.
All e-commerce operators can use it to experience professional sales.
Due to the complex programming used in the software, the product has no domestic competitor and can easily overshadow foreign counterparts that are not suitable for the Iranian market.
The process of designing and programming Reply took about 7,300 man-hours of specialized work and created direct employment for 10 people.
The cost of using Reply is free of charge for a group of users with fewer direct messages and the cost of using the services is based on the number of administrators.
Statistics show that about one million Persian pages are earning an income through cyberspace, of which at least 200,000 small- and medium-sized businesses and about 500,000 provincial and local businesses are active on Instagram.
All these businesses need a program like Reply to manage their online sales, as it provides the infrastructure for meeting the high volume of customers’ needs.
Domestic Sugarcane Roller Mill Developed
Another domestic knowledge-based company has reduced the import of sugarcane roller mills to the lowest possible level by producing efficient Iranian counterparts.
“This Iran-made product is offered in several types with different features,” said Gholamreza Mayeli, CEO of Khuzestan Industrial Design Company.
He added that when the sugarcane is transported from the field to the factory to extract sugar, it is first sent to the mill section that involves five series of three rollers that are about 8 meters in size and weigh about 20 tons.
The sugarcane syrup, extracted from its fibrous tissue, is delivered to other sections of the factory where it is converted into sugar.
Before the production of the knowledge-based product by this company, all parts of the sugarcane roller mill were imported.
ERP Software Aids Corporate Management
A domestic knowledge-based company has developed an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software that helps manage a company's financials, supply chain, operations, commerce, reporting, manufacturing and human resource activities.
“Given the condition of a company, the implementation of different projects undoubtedly requires the use of standard, comprehensive, applied and tested methodologies to ensure success and reduce risks,” Ardavan Ghaffari, the CEO of knowledge-based Behineh Kooshan Sepehr Company, was quoted as saying.
With the enterprise resource planning software, project preparation and planning, design and improvement of business processes, data collection, conversion and transfer of basic information, Enterprise Resource Planning solution testing, software training for users, real environment testing and software consolidation becomes effortless.
Some of the most crucial measures in using the ERP software include the collection, conversion and transfer of basic and operational information.
In this phase, the information structure and standards required for the transfer of data are provided to the company. Then, after analyzing the information and making any necessary changes to the information structure by the ERP solution, data will be transferred automatically to the database.
Due to the importance of up-to-date data and operational information, the transfer process takes place before the final commissioning in the real environment.
In general, the software, which is mostly used in production centers, is responsible for integrating every process and facilitating management.
The CEO of knowledge-based company noted that the domestic enterprise resource planning software is priced at one-20th of foreign counterparts.
Ghaffari explained that the software also eases communication with customers and can be customized.
“To date, 90 direct jobs and 150 indirect jobs have been created by Behineh Kooshan Sepehr Company,” he said.
Speedy, Error-Free System for Dividend Distribution
A domestic knowledge-based company has designed a system for speedy corporate dividend distribution without human error.
“This system connects the company and its shareholders, allowing the shares to be deposited in shareholders' accounts without human intervention,” Abbas Talib, CEO of Arvand Hammers Group, said.
In the past, companies distributed dividends manually in capital markets and stock exchanges. Calculations were done through manual files and profits were transferred to the shareholders' accounts.
However, currently, the full customer information is registered in Sejam (Comprehensive Customer Information System). By linking up with the distribution system, which has already calculated the dividend, profits are deposited in the shareholder’s account in a snap.
The system prevents human errors and facilitates the prompt payment of dividends to shareholders.
The programming, implementation and support service of this system is completely handled by the company’s domestic workforce.
Currently, 10 employees are working directly and 25 indirectly with this company.
