Major Khuzestan Gas Refinery Slated for Launch in H2

Bid Boland Gas Refinery in southwestern Khuzestan Province will be fully operational in the second half of the year, the managing director said Tuesday.
“Upon completion it will daily produce 56.6 million cubic meters of natural gas,” the news agency of National Petrochemical Company, NIPNA, quoted Mahmoud Amin-Nejad as saying.
The refinery will also feed petrochemical plants in southern regions. It will provide feedstock for five ethylene production units via the Dena ethylene conduit.
