Mansour Yazdizadeh has replaced Ahmad Sadeqi as the new managing director of veteran steelmaker Esfahan Steel Company. The new director has spent most of his professional career at ESCO. Yazdizadeh has occupied various positions in his career, including marketing and sales manager, local sales manager and planning and development manager, since 1994. He is currently a member of Iran Mercantile Exchange’s board of directors. Ahmad Sadeqi had led the Isfahan-based steelmaker since November 2015. ESCO is Iran’s oldest steelmaker and the largest producer of structural steel. It was jointly established in 1965 by Iran and the Soviet Union’s Tyazhpromexport Company.
