The Polish Finance Ministry’s top economist accused the central bank’s monetary policy council of inconsistency and poor communication to investors, Bloomberg said. Divisions among rate-setters over policy have made its decisions “completely unpredictable,” Ludwik Kotecki said. He joins Citigroup Inc. and Warsaw-based mutual fund Union Investment TFI SA in criticizing the MPC, which is split over its approach to Poland’s first deflation in at least 30 years.
