The fourth iteration of the Conference on Iran’s Economic Prospects in 2018-19 is scheduled to be held on Feb. 27 by economic newspaper Donya-e-Eqtesad in Tehran.
During the one-day conference, economic decision-makers and analysts will survey and make predictions on opportunities and challenges facing Iranian markets in the next fiscal year in expert panels, the newspaper reported.
The removal of international sanctions over Iran’s nuclear program in 2016 opened up Iran’s economy after years of isolation. However, lingering unilateral US sanctions continue to be the main impediment to the full integration of the Iranian economy with the world.
