Royal Dutch Shell has failed to achieve desirable progress in shale gas exploration at the Yuzovka gas field in Ukraine’s east, which was expected to be extracted by hydraulic fracturing. The reason hampering implementation of the company’s plans was the situation in the neighboring Donetsk region, Graham Tiley, the country manager of Shell Ukraine was quoted by Itar Tass as saying.
