The second festival and innovation competition in biological engineering will be hosted by Royan Institute. Scheduled for January 16 to 18 inTehran, the event looks to present the best ideas that have derived inspiration from nature. According to Hamed Daemi, a member of the scientific board of the institute and the event’s scientific secretary, it aims to support young researchers and innovators, Mehr News Agency reported. He added that some of the main categories of the contest are tissue engineering, drug delivery, cell therapy and biomaterial. “Researchers under 35 years may take part in the contest,” he said.
