Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index, TEDPIX, gained 240 points or 0.31% to end Tuesday trade at 78,808.8.
More than 786 million shares valued at $86.7 million changed hands for the day.
Asan Pardakht Persian was the biggest riser, going up 5% to 13,250 rials per share.
Neyriz Cement Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 5% to 15,210 rials per share.
Mobarakeh Steel Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark, followed by Ardakan Industrial Tiles Company and Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company.
Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company weighed the most on TEDPIX, followed by Iran Transfo Company and Pardis Petrochemical Company.
The Price Index was up 84.70 points or 0.31% to stand at 27,827.5.
The First Market Index added 114.40 points or 0.21% to reach 55,119.8.
The Second Market Index gathered by 842.60 points or 0.49% to register 172,502.6.
The Industry Index scored 208.80 points or 0.32% to post 65,925.7.
The Free Float Index won 461.17 points or 0.53% to hit 87,837.
The TSE 30 Index increased by 10.70 points or 0.34% to settle at 3,202 while the TSE 50 Index gained 2.90 points or 0.09% to finish at 3,103.4.
IFX Adds 0.95 Points
Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX gained 0.95 points or 0.11% to end Tuesday trade at 827.67.
Over 346 million securities valued at $61.65 billion were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.
Rail Pardaz Seir saw the highest number of traded shares and trade value, as 101.7 million of its shares valued at $4.3 million changed hands.
Sabzevar Cement Company, Mavad Vizhe Lia Company and Kimiya Zanjan Gostaran had the highest value increase.
Kerman Development and Construction Investment Company, Lavan Oil Refining Company and Shiraz Oil Refining Company had the highest decline.
Esfahan Steel Company, Marun Petrochemical Company and Zagros Petrochemical Company gave the biggest boost to the IFB benchmark.
