Interior Minister Abdolreza Rahmani-Fazli told reporters on Saturday that officials are seriously investigating recent acid attacks on several women in Isfahan, saying the people "should not be concerned" in this regard. He also said there was not enough evidence to charge the suspects which were arrested in connection with the attacks, IRNA reported. President Hassan Rouhani last week instructed the interior, intelligence, and justice ministries to vigorously pursue the case.
