The main gauge of Tehran Stock Exchange, TEDPIX, lost 1,762.06 points or 0.13% on Monday to end at 1,388,970.
A total of 6.28 billion shares worth 51.23 trillion rials ($176.6 million) changed hands at TSE for the day.
North Drilling Company was the main gainer as its shares climbed 6.36% to 3,811 rials per share.
Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Development and Investment Group Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies falling 6.56% to 2,221 rials per share.
Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company contributed the most to the benchmark's fall, followed by Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company, Chadormalu Mining And Industrial Company and Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Development and Investment Group Company.
Mobarakeh Steel Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Nouri Petrochemical Company, Khuzestan Steel Company and Iran Khodro Company.

The main index of Iran Fara Bourse, IFX, shed 67.92 points or 0.36% to close Monday at 18,755.03.
About 4.37 billion shares and securities worth 1,413.9 trillion rials ($4.87 billion) were traded at the junior equities exchange for the day.
Day Bank had the highest number of traded shares as 216 million of its shares worth 143.91 billion rials ($496,262) were traded.
Saba Tamin Investment Company, Gohar Zamin Iron Ore Company, Damavand Power Generation Company and Pasargad Insurance Company had the most negative impact on IFX.
Arya Sasol Polymer Company gave the biggest boost to IFX, followed by MAPNA Asaluyeh Power Generation Company, Tajali Mines and Metals Development Company and Shiraz Oil Refining Company.
