Fiscal 2021-22 Graduate Unemployment at 13.6%

The unemployment rate for university graduates stood at 13.6% in the fiscal 2021-22, posting a 0.6% decrease compared to the year before, according to the Statistical Center of Iran.
Higher education unemployment rate for men stood at 9.7% and that of women stuck around 22.8%.  
The share of higher education unemployment from the total unemployed population was 40.3% in the year under review, which indicate an increase of 1.4% year-on-year.
