An Iranian knowledge-based company has developed a software that helps organizations and businesses publish their content in the mass media.
The software known as Official News (Akhbar Rasmi in Persian) helps companies gain publicity and disseminate their news in domestic and foreign media outlets, according to Majid Kassiri, founder of Navid Mana Company.
It also assists customers in increasing traffic and achieving a rapid dissemination of news, the news portal of the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology reported.
One of the biggest problems of Iranian companies is showcasing their achievements in the media. Many small- and medium-sized companies do not have established public relations, but by using the software, they can overcome these problems and disseminate their news in the media.
In many parts of the world, companies have platforms to make an announcement and convey their news to their customers, shareholders and the government.
In Iran, it is not possible for all companies to have a media presence and send direct messages, except by placing advertisements that do not facilitate direct, fast and easy access.
The Official News helps companies have an active role in the fields of brand development, marketing and public relations.
The foreign counterparts of this software are newswires that help companies disseminate their news and get media coverage.
The Iranian software is of higher quality in terms of innovation and processing speed.
The company has created 15 jobs directly and 60 jobs indirectly.
Hundreds of thousands of production, service and industrial units are operating across the country, none of which has a share in the media and content creation. This is while by using the software, these enterprises can sell more products and services, or gain greater publicity.
Official News is currently working with major companies, local media outlets and foreign exhibitions, and earning forex revenues as well.
According to Kassiri, constructive interactions with international organizations and enterprises is the most important factor influencing the growth of companies and exports.
Higher Security for Computer Networks
An Iranian knowledge-based company has developed a system that provides higher security to organizations and offices using a large computer network compared to foreign counterparts.
Sepehr Hashtroudiler, CEO of Ideh-Sazan Novin-e Danesh Ertebat Company, said a large number of people working in an office require a wide range of network equipment such as servers, routers and switches.
The CEO noted that the Privileged Access Management [PAM] system authenticates users working in large networks, the news portal of Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology reported.
As controlled access to internal or external interactions is a major concern of large organizations, security becomes a key issue.
PAM is an information security (infosec) mechanism that controls users’ access to the organization’s network while safeguarding the identity of users with special access. Like all other infosec solutions, PAM works through a combination of people, processes and technology.
In order to create a secure platform for authorized access to network services and resources, and by considering different levels of confidentiality, this product provides access to network resources to admin users so that all activities are recorded and even automatically warns of activities that users should avoid, which could be risky or harmful for the organization.
The ability to use a one-time password, token and dedicated login system, ability to monitor user activities, execute commands as scheduled on each device or in groups, share documents and prevent system messing are among other features of this product.
It also offers user access management based on time, a wide range of commands and access levels and the ability to extract statistics and report without similar backup services.
East Azarbaijan Telecommunications Company is currently using this system.
Hashtroudiler said the software’s support of all brands and systems, its web- and user-friendliness, and the ability to search for history and compare backups are some of the important features of this system.
In this knowledge-based company, six employees are working directly and six others are involved indirectly.
“Although the domestic software offers very good support services and has many capabilities, some organizations and departments purchase and use foreign counterparts,” he said.
