MICEX index has exceeded 1,600 points for the first time since December 4, 2014, rising 0.95% to 1606.3 points. The RTS index rose by 1.16% to 778.8 points, Tass reported. The ruble also rose against the dollar by 0.13 rubles compared to the previous closing and reached 64.96 rubles. The euro exchange rate against the ruble fell by 0.12 rubles to 75.12 rubles.
