French Bonds at Record Low

The rate of return on 10-year French government bonds fell to a record low Wednesday after weak inflation data was released and a return to caution among investors, AFP reported. At 0820 GMT the yield on 10-year French government bonds, which falls as demand picks up for the notes, slid to 0.708% on the secondary market where bonds are traded.
