Sharif Said, Chairman of Tajikistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), met with Qatari Ambassador to Tajikistan Ali bin Mubarak Saeed Al-Muhanadi, Asia-Plus reported. According to the CCI press center, the sides exchanged views on state and prospects of further expansion of bilateral economic cooperation between Tajikistan and the State of Qatar. The sides, in particular, discussed issues related to organization of exhibitions, meetings of representative of business communities of the two countries and business forums. Sharif Said reportedly outlined sectors like energy, mining, processing industry, light industry, oil and gas extraction, health care, tourism, and civil construction, as areas of which could drive the bilateral trade between Tajikistan and Qatar.
