Inflation in Ukraine was 24.9% in 2014. In December consumer prices on foods and non-alcoholic drinks grew by four percent. Prices on processed cereals and vegetables surged by 25.7% and 14.4%, respectively, Ukraine’s State Statistics Service said. Prices on rice, eggs, butter, fish and fish products, milk and dairy products, beef and fruit went up by about 9.8%, Tass reported.
