Oman achieved a 233.5m riyals ($606m) budget surplus by end of last November due to relatively stable oil prices, beating projections the budget would suffer a 1.8b riyal deficit, official figures show, MENAFN reported. Government revenues between January and November last year amounted to 12.5b riyals, while spending reached 12.2b riyals, the National Center of Statistics and Information said.
