Switzerland’s KOF leading economic indicator edged lower in December, suggesting the country won’t be able to shrug off the economic malaise in the eurozone, which buys more than half of the country’s annual exports, Nasdeq said. The index fell 0.2 points to 98.7 in December from an upwardly unrevised 98.9 in November, data released Wednesday showed. This was below economists’ expectations of 99.3.
