Gold imports stood at 661.71 tons during 2013-14 as compared with 1,013.72 tons in the previous fiscal, Commerce and Industry Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said in a written reply to the Indian parliament on Wednesday, BT online reported. She further said that gold jewelry exports increased to 120,448 kg in 2013-14 from 1,08,827 kg a year ago.
