Russia has given Ukraine more than $80 billion in discounts for natural gas supplies since the beginning of the 90s, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said on television on Wednesday. Ukraine has accumulated a big debt, he said, adding that Russia has given it a new discount. Nevertheless, Ukraine has to pay back $3.1 billion, RT reported.
