Britain expects to miss its deficit target in the current financial year, finance minister George Osborne said Wednesday in a key budget update. AFP said. Net borrowing was set to hit £91.3b ($143b) in the year to the end of March 2015, which was higher than the previous government forecast of £86.4b given in March, Osborne told the parliament.
