Russia’s future will be determined not by military force, but by economic might, head of the Committee for Civil Initiatives, former Finance Minister Alexey Kudrin told the Russian Civil Forum, Itar Tass reported. “Shall we manage to become more effective and to use to our benefit everything the world has to offer: technologies, capitals, people, best education approaches, healthcare or social support. If we are able to use all the best, we shall be successful. Russia’s future will not be determined in military trenches. This is clear to all,” he said. The sanctions are a form of weapon, he said.
