The Kiev authorities are planning to privatize all coal mining enterprises in Ukraine in 2015-2016, the text of a coalition agreement signed by the leaders of parties who have joined parliamentary coalition at Ukraine’s Verkhovnaya rada (parliament) says, Itar Tass reported. The Ugol Ukrainy, set up by Ukraine’s Ministry of Fuel and Coal Industry, will also go into liquidation.
