Investment sentiment in Germany rose for the first time this year in November, amid signs that Europe’s biggest economy is stabilizing, a survey found on Tuesday, AFP reported. The widely watched investor confidence index calculated by the ZEW economic institute jumped by 15.1 points to 11.5 points in November, after slumping to a 22-month low the previous month, ZEW said.
