Serbia’s GDP growth rate in the first six months of this year will be the highest in the entire region and among Europe’s four highest, Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said Wednesday, Serbian news agency Tanjug reported. “In about 15 days we will have the official results for all European economies,” Vucic said in Arandjelovac, central Serbia, where he attended the opening of a new plant that will produce construction styrofoam. This will mean more jobs and higher public sector salaries and pensions by the end of the year, Vucic said.
