Japan has opened a credit line of ¥30 billion ($269 million) for Ukraine for insurance of exports/imports, deputy head of the presidential administration of Ukraine Kostiantyn Yeliseyev has said, Interfax reported. “Japan continued its policy of financial and economic assistance to Ukraine. In this regard Japan Prime Minister Shinzo Abe announced the issue by a Japanese company for exports and imports insurance of a credit line for Ukraine in the amount of ¥30 billion,” Yeliseyev said at a press conference in Kyiv. He reported this aid is needed to stabilize the economy in Ukraine.
