Egypt is providing Indian companies “duty-free access” to the markets in the European Union, North America and other African and Arab markets. Around 52 Indian companies are working in Egypt with an investment to the tune of $3 billion, NewsNow reported. Last month, Egyptian ambassador to India Hatem Tageldin addressed a business meet in Kolkata. He noted that the bilateral trade between the two countries stood at approximately $5 billion every year. He asked the participating Indian businesses to take advantage of the current investment opportunities in Egypt.
