Zimbabwe, in the absence of funding from Western countries, has had to "cough up" $180 million in Chinese loan repayments or face losing its credit line, its finance minister said on Wednesday, in a sign Beijing is tightening its lending terms and expects debtors to be more accountable, World Bulletin reported.
