Thailand swung to a trade deficit of $1.798b in September, compared with a $1.14b surplus a month earlier, the Ministry of Commerce said Tuesday, Dow Jones reported. Based on raw customs data, exports grew 3.19% in September from a year earlier, to $19.91b, but imports rose for the first time this year, jumping 14.42% to $21.71b, a report said.
