A new fund that offers (Persian) Gulf Cooperation Council investors to invest in India’s mid-income residential real estate growth has been launched by global asset management firm ArthVeda Fund Management, TradeArabia reported. With a corpus of $250 million, the STAR Fund II is the first realty fund to be offered in Persian Gulf Arab states and other overseas markets, following the recent amendments to India’s foreign direct investment policy in the realty segment, the report said.
