The London Metal Exchange on Wednesday won a court battle over plans to reform its aluminum warehousing network that could end a long-running legal dispute with Russian metals firm Rusal, AFP reported. Britain’s Court of Appeal announced it has overturned a decision from the High Court, which in March had ruled in favor of objections by Rusal – the world’s biggest aluminum producer.
