The French economy is expected to grow at a slower pace in the second quarter than previously forecast, a survey by the Bank of France showed Wednesday, Dow Jones reported. The eurozone’s second-largest economy will expand by 0.2% on the quarter, according to the results of the Bank of France’s monthly business sentiment survey. The figure marks a downward revision from the previous forecast in May, when the bank said it expected 0.3% growth for the second quarter. The gross domestic product will slow in the second quarter, after jumping 0.6% on the first quarter.
