The Russian government has submitted a draft federal budget, approved on Sept. 18, for 2015-17 to the State Duma, Itar-Tass reported Tuesday. The federal budget for 2015 envisages revenues at 15.082 trillion rubles ($381.8b) and expenditures at 15.513 trillion rubles with a budget deficit of 430.7 billion rubles, or 0.6% of the country’s GDP.
