Polish Exports Slump

Polish exports declined by 2% in January year-on-year reaching €12.49b ($13.90b), according to the Export Credit Insurance Corporation (KUKE). In month-on-month terms, however, exports of goods from Poland grew by 4.4%, WBJ reported. The value of exports denominated in the Polish currency stood at PLN 53.5b in January, an increase of 5.8% m/m and a decline of 0.4% y/y.
