Sanctions against Russia have a negative impact on Europe as a whole, Pier Carlo Padoan, Italy’s Minister of Economy and Finance, told RIA Novosti on Monday, Sputnik reported. “Sanctions are a measure that affects not only the Russian economy, but also has a negative impact on the economies of other countries,” Padoan said on the sidelines of the Institute of International Finance’s G-20 conference.
