Clock shift to Standard Time on Sept. 22 will not disrupt flight schedules and passengers should rely on times mentioned on their tickets, Saeed Akbari, an official with Iran Airports Company, told Mehr News Agency. Iran is one of 70 countries that utilize Daylight Saving Time to extend daylight during spring and summer months. Clocks spring forward on March 20 or 21 and fall back to Standard Time at the end of the last day of summer (Sept. 21 or 22).
