Turkish Airlines has started publicizing tourist attractions in five popular cities of Iran following a request by Iranian authorities, a deputy at Iran's Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization announced. "Tourist spots, historical structures, cultural attractions and natural beauties in Tabriz, Yazd, Ahvaz, Hamedan and Kerman are introduced and promoted in all of the airline's flights, travel agencies cooperating with the airline worldwide and the company's website," Mohammad Moheb-Khodaei, deputy for tourism at ICHHTO, was quoted as saying by CHTN. The airline's magazine will also designate a separate section for information on the popular cities. According to the official, a free trip to Iran will be awarded to passengers using Turkish Airlines as another incentive to encourage tourists to visit the country. Moheb-Khodaei did not elaborate on the offer and the process through which passengers can win the award.
