Kermanshah Province produced 2059 tons of honey last year, Bahramkhani, provincial deputy of crop husbandry, Agricultural Jihad told ISNA.
Some 214,000 honeybee colonies are estimated to exist in honey farms of the province. Beekeepers will be ordered not to move the hives during the next census from September 27 to October 2.
